The 2025 Climbing Wall Association (CWA) Annual Report highlights a year of collaboration, growth, and service to climbing gym operators across North America. CWA aims to become the essential source for climbing industry information, training, and support in the U.S. and Canada.<br /><br />Notable 2025 achievements include:<br />- Launch of new ClimbSmart orientation videos<br />- Creation of new committees, including an Engineering Standards Committee and a Coaching Committee<br />- Expanded certification pathways and in-house provider options<br />- Strong engagement with webinars, roundtables, and the annual Summit<br /><br />Key statistics included 1 million community hub logins, 4,296 certified individuals, 1,143 Summit attendees, and a 94% retention rate.
