Overview

These Quarterly Roundtables are designed to be a virtual gathering space for coaches and staff involved in programming. Join your colleagues to discuss current industry trends, share and learn about problems and solutions, or enjoy the company of your fellow climbing industry professionals. 

Hosted by the CWA Staff, these webinars always have diverse participants, including CWA Committee members, newer professionals, and industry veterans.

Typical Areas of Discussion:

  • Coaching and Programming sessions will be technical sessions related to these specific job functions in the indoor climbing gym. Topics will include everything from youth and adult programming to combating eating disorders on youth teams as a coach.
